The Challenges
Having a pet is not always simple and easy
There are many essential pet services offered all over the digital world. The web is full with pet stores, veterinary clinics and pet salons, but the information is scattered all over, making it very difficult to search and organize everything in one place, and there is always someone missing on the other side who can help and reassure.

The market research I did, focused on the question of whether there is a platform in the digital world that brings together all the information and services needed for every owner of one pet or more. Everything I found failed to provide a solution by combining everything a pet owner needs.

The Wisdom Of The Crowd
In my survey, I wanted to know who the target audience of the app would be and how much they use pet services, I received answers from all age groups, over 150 pet owners shared with me their pet breeding habits. Here are some of the main conclusions i came to:

I asked my survey respondents to write down some of the problems they have today so I can understand their needs better.

“I keep forgeting when it's time for vaccine or if food is running out”
Main Goals
I gathered the information I needed, from the competitors as well as the users. And after I decided on the right structure, I understood what the main features of my app would be.
Consolidate all the
essential services for pets in one place, where the users can manage
all their pet needs.
Create a personal card that helps users to monitor
medical and general condition of their pets.
A smart notification system to prevent users from missing an appointment or forgetting to buy food again.
Exclusive discounts to app users in pet stores. Users will be able to see how much they saved on each purchase.
Wireframe
The research gave me a large amount of information about both my users and the problems I wished to solve. At this point my main challenge was to start organizing it into a convenient interface, deciding on the right features, and understanding the main structure. it started off messy, but gradually took shape.

My user friendly platform offers a one stop shop for all your furry friend's necessities. From medical and grooming services to food and accessories, My app streamlines the pet care process, making it easier and more convenient, all with just a few taps on your phone.
Conclosions
Pets bring joy to our lives, no matter how old we are. I adjusted the structure and chose the colors of my design for all ages. And I managed to solve the main problems related to raising pets. For a future update, I would add the feature of locating a lost pet.

The floating button is the heart of the app. With literally a click of a button from any main screen in the app, users will be able to manage all the services they need for their pet, and even chat with a specialist who is available 24/7.
